This Privacy Policy explains how ANYSYS ICT ("ANYSYS", "we", "us", "our"), a Belgian sole proprietorship (VAT BE0896759852, Avenue du Banneway 27A, 4141 Louveigné, Belgium), collects, uses, and protects personal data in connection with the BrightBean social media management platform, including its integration with third-party platforms such as TikTok.

1. Data We Collect

When you connect a social media account (e.g. TikTok) to BrightBean, we collect and store: your account identifier, display name, profile picture, access tokens issued by the platform (scoped to the permissions you grant), and metadata related to content you schedule or publish through our platform (captions, media files, publishing timestamps, engagement metrics where available).

2. How We Use Your Data

We use this data solely to provide the requested features: scheduling and publishing content on your behalf, displaying analytics, and managing your connected accounts. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Sharing

We share data with the third-party platform (e.g. TikTok) only as required to perform the actions you request (e.g. publishing a video via the TikTok Content Posting API). We do not share your data with any other third party for marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention

We retain your connected account data and access tokens for as long as your account remains connected to our platform. You may disconnect your account and request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

5. Data Security

Access tokens and credentials are stored encrypted at rest. Access to this data is restricted to the systems and personnel strictly necessary to operate the service.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

7. Revoking Platform Access

You can revoke BrightBean's access to your TikTok account at any time from your TikTok account settings (Settings and privacy > Security and permissions > Manage apps), or from within BrightBean directly.
