These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the social media management services provided by ANYSYS ICT ("ANYSYS", "we", "us", "our"), a Belgian sole proprietorship (VAT BE0896759852), including the BrightBean platform and any associated integrations with third-party social networks (including TikTok).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
ANYSYS provides social media scheduling, publishing, and management tools ("BrightBean") that allow authorized users to connect their social media accounts (including TikTok) and publish content through our platform via official platform APIs.
3. Account Connections and Authorization
When you connect a third-party account (e.g. a TikTok account) to BrightBean, you authorize us to access and use that account strictly within the scope of permissions you grant, solely to provide the requested publishing and management features. You may revoke this authorization at any time from your account settings or directly from the third-party platform.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you publish through our services and for complying with the terms of service of any connected third-party platform. You must not use our services for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
5. Data and Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ANYSYS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services, to the maximum extent permitted by Belgian law.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the judicial district of Liège, Belgium.
